Feeling lacklustre? Tired? Stressed out? Recovering from illness?
When we feel like this there will often be discomfort in the body, leaving us feeling depleted and low on energy. My nurturing Ayurvedic Aromatherapy Massage could be just what you need to recharge your batteries, helping to bring you back to balance and bliss.
My heated massage table has super snuggly blankets for your comfort. Soft music helps you to drift away… We may place some hot stones on your body if this is appropriate for you – the heat from these volcanic rocks is deeply relaxing and can help to melt tensions away…
Warm, nourishing, relaxing oils are applied in slow, rhythmic, sweeping strokes which warm the skin and muscles, calming the nervous system.
The pressure I use is customized just for you. A gentle touch is used to balance Vata, a deeper touch for Pitta, or an even deeper touch for Kapha.
Gentle rocking induces deep calm…. The combination of essential oils and gentle warmth make this massage a deeply restful and rejuvenating experience.
As the circulation increases, the herbalised oils are absorbed through the skin and carried round the body, allowing their healing effects to benefit all the tissues, releasing tension and encouraging the elimination of toxins, speeding up recovery time from illness or injury.
Lyn is a fantastic therapist- incredibly warm and compassionate with a great deal of knowledge and experience. The treatment is amazingly powerful and relaxing, and my very sore arm is so much better. Thanks so much Lyn- and hope to return soon. Fiona

The power of essential oils is twofold. Firstly, through inhalation and the magnificent limbic system you’ll be relaxed by their calming smell, helping to ground you emotionally. Secondly, they penetrate the skin and move quickly into your bloodstream to help loosen pain and tension in the muscle and fascia.
