I am here to help you with the  various aches and pains, stresses and strains that we all encounter from time to time in our busy lives.   Whatever it is you need,  there will be a therapy here to suit you.  All are deeply therapeutic and work on many levels – physically, emotionally and energetically.

Sometimes the best therapy is just gifting yourself  some quality “me” time….. a chance to let go,  drift away, leave the stresses of the day behind, and completely relax… We all need to make the time for vital self care!

Holistic therapies treat the whole person, and understand that everything is connected.  Whether you are recovering from an injury, suffering with chronic illness/pain/stress, or have everyday aches and pains, the treatments I offer are proven to be very effective.  With over 30 years experience in many healing modalities, and always learning from my peers, I’m sure I will be able to help you.

If you wish, there can be takeaway practices for you to continue the good work at home, so you may feel empowered and have a greater understanding of your health and well being.

The things we do everyday will have the greatest impact on our health – physically and mentally.  I can help you to better understand your unique needs at this time in your life and help you create a sustainable daily routine.

Therapies can be combined depending upon your needs on the day… we can play it by ear!  I look forward to welcoming you to my peaceful Sunny Studio here in lovely Wooler.

If you are unable to come to Wooler for your session, I am happy to come to your home for a minimum of 2 hours. A small travel charge may apply.

Improving your health and well-being

Last summer, my husband and I booked a lovely break away to Northumberland.  It was a self-catering option, but I wanted a bit of indulgence and pampering.

I was lucky enough to discover Lyn Watson and what a treasure that was! A Northumberland discovery: Lyn was our gateway to the Cheviots, a massage after a few days of exploring, what a treat!

Lyn was warm and friendly – the usual qualities of a therapist; but what made Lyn different was the generosity in which she wanted to support and repair me.  In the space of an hour and a half, I felt incredible, the underlying medical conditions were put into abeyance, and I danced away feeling so much physically better than I had done in weeks.  If you are a regular visitor to Lyn, you will know that – but what a discovery on our break.  Lyn transformed our mini break, the beautiful landscape and a healing session with Lyn really made it.  It was so good; I booked my husband for a session (he’s not into this sort of thing as a rule).  My husband came back and raved about how brilliant Lyn was.

Anyone who is a visitor to Wooler or the surrounding area, should book Lyn as part of their holiday itinerary, you will not be disappointed.

Hello, I just want to thank you again for fitting me in this morning for Thai Yoga Massage, and I’m ever so sorry I wasn’t bang on time. Slow out the starting blocks today.I walked into Wooler a few days ago having had a horrible day carrying my bag and feeling I was coming to the end of being able to heft it anywhere else.. Today I’ve been moving without discomfort or pain, honestly gliding even with my bag. I’ve napped on buses and spent time resting.. I finished walking to Berwick-upon-Tweed and I’m head to complete the other end of st cuthbert’s way.
And I’d definitely not be here without you. So much admiration for the amount of knowledge you have to have to do that sort of massage. Beyond my expectations and immediate positive effects.
A million thankyous
