I am here to help you with the various aches and pains, stresses and strains that we all encounter from time to time in our busy lives. Whatever it is you need, there will be a therapy here to suit you. All are deeply therapeutic and work on many levels – physically, emotionally and energetically.
A lot of the symptoms we commonly suffer from are the result of a nervous system out of balance, and all of my therapies are designed to bring you back to that essential body/mind equilibrium. Holistic therapies treat the whole person, and understand that everything is connected. We have many ways to work.
There will be takeaway practices for you to continue the good work at home, so you may feel empowered and have a greater understanding of your health and well being from a holistic perspective.
Therapies can be combined in an organic and intuitive way depending upon your needs on the day… we can play it by ear! I look forward to welcoming you to my peaceful home studio here in lovely Wooler – or visiting you in your home at your convenience
Bodywork and Yoga are forms of communication – we learn as we move. We speak to the nervous system, the emotions and to our memories, always in an open, two-way dialogue. The work is equal parts listening and movement, finding the ebb and flow in the tissues and tapping into their ability to change, release and re-organise.
And I said to my body. softly. ‘I want to be your friend”. It took a long breath, and replied “I have been waiting my whole life for this”.

If you are unable to come to Wooler for your session, I am happy to come to your home for a minimum of 2 hours with an additional travel charge.
Mindful Movement – Yoga with Lyn
Chatton Village Hall on Tuesdays 1 – 2.30pm
The Cheviot Centre Wooler on Wednesdays 6 – 7.30pm
Both classes are slow and subtle, focusing on using the breath with movement to relax the body, soothe the nervous system and calm the mind. Suitable for beginners and seasoned Yogis alike. I would be delighted to see you at either – or both!
We all have busy lives so classes are offered on a drop-in basis, just pay as you go. £8 per session.
A bespoke practice designed to suit your unique self at this time in your life. With ongoing support and 1:1 sessions, or class teaching, it is possible to overcome many acute and chronic physical and mental disorders by practicing slow and mindful Yoga.
