Cultivating Calm. You can do this one in your PJ’s at the beginning or the end of the day!
A relaxing practice beginning with some wonderful Do-in self massage. Do-In means to open up channels and facilitate the movement of energy along specific routes. Do-In is a form of Shiatsu used to wake up the body, calm the mind and energise. It feels great! Flowing Yoga and Qigong to open and relax the body and a short relaxation to finish.This one is around 40 mins. Enjoy!
I plan to upload some longer and shorter practices here every week. You don’t have to do the whole practice – 15 mins of mindful movement can do wonders!
Do them as often as you like – if you have a fave, do that more!
